We do not collect payment information through our website. Billing is handled separately after onboarding.

4. API Usage Data

When you use the SparkServe API, we process your inference requests on dedicated hardware. We do not log, store, or train on any prompts or responses sent through the API. Your data stays on your dedicated instance and is not shared with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed by Formspree. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These services may collect basic analytics data (page views, country) in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We retain your contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
